Fragmented teams build fragmented products. The most expensive failures in software don't happen in the code — they happen in the gaps, when the designer doesn't understand the database constraints and the engineer doesn't understand the business requirement. Everything downstream breaks.
I've spent 11+ years refusing to create those gaps. From the first strategic conversation to the final deployed server, I carry the complete product context — gathering operational requirements, designing the UX, building the front end, architecting the back end, and shipping. One continuous line from problem to launched product.
In practice that's looked like: AI-assisted workforce infrastructure for 500 employees at Tauri Builders, a luxury DTC ecosystem at Secretwood that grew to half a million followers, and QRSpin — the high-concurrency SaaS loyalty platform I took from blank canvas to market.
